Executive Assistant to the CEO for Post Merger Integration
Job description
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO for Post Merger Integration (m/w/d) with PMI experience. In this key role, you will report directly to the CEO and work at the interface of strategy, operational business, and organization.
Your mission: You will support the CEO in structuring strategic decisions, bring clarity to complex topics, and drive central initiatives forward. You can expect a steep learning curve as well as the opportunity to shape a whole industry sustainably.
As a close sparring partner of the CEO, you will play a central role in an ambitious M&A strategy – corresponding PMI experience is essential.
The location of the position is Frankfurt am Main.
Aufgaben
- You lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects with a focus on Post-Merger-Integration (PMI).
- You steer Integration Workstreams, track progress, manage risks, and ensure interdepartmental alignment.
- You create Executive Briefings, Analyses, Presentations, and Decision Papers for internal and external stakeholders.
- You develop and further develop CEO routines, Leadership Cadences, Reporting, and Control Structures.
- You function as a central interface between the CEO, Leadership Team, Shareholders, Partners, and other stakeholders.
Qualifikation
- You possess very good German (C1/C2) and English language skills (C1/C2).
- You have 2-4 years of professional experience in management consulting, ideally in a boutique or medium-sized consulting firm.
- You bring PMI experience from several integration or transformation projects (e.g. carve-outs, system harmonization, organizational integration, synergy tracking).
- You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills and can structure complex topics clearly and concisely.
- You have a high affinity to technology, digital business models, and dynamic environments.
- You convince through a down-to-earth, pragmatic mindset as well as high reliability and integrity.
- You bring a strong ownership mentality, structured working methods, and resilience under pressure.
- You can reduce complexity, set clear priorities, and consistently drive results forward.
- You communicate clearly, precisely, and solution-oriented.
- You are characterized by a high degree of trustworthiness and discretion.
