Executive Assistant to the CEO Our client is a well-established, mid-sized professional services organisation with a strong reputation in the Australian market. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer. The role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office, requiring a highly skilled and proactive individual who can work effectively at a senior level. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the CEO, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials; Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and appointments, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders; Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues; Utilise strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines; Provide strategic support to the CEO, including research, analysis, and recommendations on business opportunities and initiatives. Requirements The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing high-level administrative support to senior executives. You will be highly skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and possess excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is desirable. Certifications None required.
