Job description
Job Description Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer – New Zealand , you will provide day-to-day executive support to the CEO, alongside high-level administrative support to other members of the New Zealand Leadership Team (NZLT) based in the Auckland office. You will also take ownership of office management and facilities coordination, ensuring the workplace operates efficiently and delivers a professional, well-run environment for employees, visitors, and stakeholders. Your Key Accountability: Provide day-to-day executive support to the CEO, including preparing and coordinating meetings, managing schedules, making travel arrangements, handling confidential matters, and performing other administrative tasks as required. Coordinate with other members of the NZLT to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Manage office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and supply chain coordination. Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency, productivity, and employee satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Build strong relationships with employees, visitors, and stakeholders to maintain a positive and professional work environment. Your Key Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, visitors, and stakeholders. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with office management software and systems. Your Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. Strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
