Our vision is to build a multi-business platform within the world of tennis, combining a range of synergetic activities including the organisation of top-tier ATP, WTA and ITF tournaments in Europe and South America, management & representation of top professional players & young talent, and selected consulting engagements with different industry stakeholders. EVENT ASSOCIATE - HOSPITALITY AREA Are you passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences? If so, we'd love to hear from you! As an Event Associate in our Hospitality Area, your main responsibilities will be: • Coordinating the logistics of events and tournaments, including venue selection, catering, and accommodation arrangements. • Ensuring that all event-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, with a focus on attention to detail and high-quality service. • Building strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Collaborating with the events team to develop and implement creative and innovative ideas for enhancing the overall event experience. • Providing exceptional customer service to attendees, players, and officials at all times. • Maintaining accurate records of events, including attendance, sponsorship, and revenue data. • Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing to the development of new business opportunities within the tennis industry. • Working closely with the marketing team to promote events and tournaments through various channels. • Assisting with the planning and execution of hospitality-related activities, such as player receptions, sponsor activations, and fan engagement initiatives. What we're looking for: • A degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. • Experience in the events industry, preferably within the sports or entertainment sector. • Familiarity with tennis and its various stakeholders (players, officials, sponsors, etc.).
