Event Associate - Hospitality Area

As an Event Associate in our Hospitality Area, your main responsibilities will be: • Coordinating the logistics of events and tournaments, including venue selection, catering, and accommodation arrangements. • Ensuring that all event-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, with a focus on attention to detail and high-quality service. • Building strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Collaborating with the events team to develop and implement creative and innovative ideas for enhancing the overall event experience. • Providing exceptional customer service to attendees, players, and officials at all times. • Maintaining accurate records of events, including attendance, sponsorship, and revenue data. • Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing to the development of new business opportunities within the tennis industry. • Working closely with the marketing team to promote events and tournaments through various channels. • Assisting with the planning and execution of hospitality-related activities, such as player receptions, sponsor activations, and fan engagement initiatives. What we're looking for: • A degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. • Experience in the events industry, preferably within the sports or entertainment sector. • Familiarity with tennis and its various stakeholders (players, officials, sponsors, etc.).
