Enterprise Director, Talent Solutions — Thailand & Vietnam

LinkedIn is seeking an Enterprise Account Director for a 6-month contract role based in Singapore, managing enterprise accounts in Thailand and Vietnam. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, fluency in Business English, and preferably Thai or Vietnamese. Candidates should have a solid understanding of HR software and a proven track record in managing enterprise accounts, with the ability to develop and execute strategies to drive growth and retention. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. In addition, they will be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to drive business results.
