Job description

About Sharpist

We are a rapidly growing start-up with a tailor-made digital product based on 1:1 coaching, and we are constantly evolving to deliver measurable results to our clients.

As Europe's leading solution for personnel development, we believe that personalized learning is so important that everyone should have the claim and access to it. This is how we combine the needs of individual employees with the demand for worldwide scalability of global organizations.

We rely on unprecedented user engagement, driven by human 1:1 interaction with a coach and a digital learning journey that makes personal growth transparent, measurable, and enjoyable.🚀

As an Enterprise Account Executive (w/m/x), you will have a real impact on how companies worldwide train and develop the next generation of leaders. Together with our CEO, you will play an important role in Sharpist's growth and will be primarily responsible for generating revenue through strategic partnerships with our clients. You will develop various strategies for new opportunities, independently manage the entire sales process, and collaborate with key executives from the most exciting companies in their field. We already work with some of the coolest brands in the DACH region and beyond – including companies like IKEA, LVMH, or GetYourGuide – and with your help, we want to expand our portfolio even further!

What you will do here at Sharpist

  • Close new business

  • With the Sharpist core value we deliver to our clients in mind, create your 30/60/90-day plan!

  • Build relationships and a network with C-level executives of large companies in the DACH region and in the Learning & Development sector.

  • Proactively approach new contacts, identify, qualify, and develop your own sales pipeline – you have full responsibility and develop strategies to increase revenue, generate leads, and close deals.

  • Forecast your sales activities and revenue, while ensuring our clients are completely satisfied.

  • Work closely with various teams, especially Marketing and Product Experience, to get the best for our clients.

  • Achieve (and exceed) your goals

We believe you will be successful if you are this type of person:

  • Hunter mentality: You thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Relentless doer: There are no "excuses" for you. You have proven that you get things done. You take responsibility for every idea, set goals, bring others on board, and see everything through to the details – no matter what it takes to achieve the goal.

  • Customer empathizer: You are comfortable in a culture where customer success always comes first, and you do everything you can to improve the experience and lives of our customers.

  • Data-driven decision-maker: You don't just make decisions based on gut feeling. You collect data, analyze it, and make decisions with clear arguments.

  • Balanced risk-taker: You actively seek opportunities to leave your comfort zone and take calculated risks to make a real impact.

  • Inspiring leader: Regardless of the level – you enjoy taking responsibility and helping your team achieve and exceed goals. You ensure an open and appreciative atmosphere in which everyone feels safe.

  • Lifelong learner: You know that you can always improve. You gladly accept and give constructive feedback. You want to be better tomorrow than today and learn from mistakes.

  • Creative problem-solver: You always find a way to develop new ideas and solutions with creativity. For you, there are no problems without solutions – you make magic happen where others give up.

What you should bring:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience (with your own revenue target) in a competitive market, ideally in SaaS and with a focus on new customer acquisition.

  • You want to work in Berlin (we operate hybrid).

  • You speak German and English fluently.

What else makes us happy:

  • Experience in selling to L&D departments, HR, Learning, or similar areas.

  • Previous training in sales methodologies, e.g., MEDDIC, Force Management, SPIN, Challenger Sales etc.

What we offer:

  • Competitive Sales Commission: Get rewarded for your hard work – with a commission model that honors your success.

  • Unlimited Coaching Sessions: Access certified coaches at any time to foster your personal and professional growth.

  • Hybrid Work Model: Enjoy the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.

  • Company Pension Plan (bAV): Plan for your future with our attractive pension program.

  • Annual Training Budget: Invest in your development with a dedicated budget for courses, workshops, and certifications.

  • Free Drinks, Snacks, and Fruit: Stay energized and supplied throughout the day with free refreshments.

  • Quarterly Magnetic Week: Connect with your colleagues at exciting events that inspire and engage.

💙 We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage people of all ethnic backgrounds, genders, abilities, and sexual orientations to apply. 🙂

Apply now if this resonates with you and you want to be part of personalizing learning for employees worldwide. We look forward to meeting you!
