Objective of the position: Attract, develop and monetize PyME clients on our products and services, providing them with personalized attention and tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing and customer service, with experience in the financial industry. He/she should be able to work independently, think strategically and have excellent communication skills. Additionally, he/she must be fluent in Spanish and English. Responsibilities: Attract new clients through prospecting and networking; Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients; Provide personalized attention and tailored solutions to clients; Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling; Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives; Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas of improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing or customer service; Strong background in financial services industry; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and think strategically; Fluency in Spanish and English.
