Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to the development of academic programs. Providing guidance and support to students. Conducting research and publishing articles on gastronomy-related topics. Mentoring students and providing them with career guidance. Developing and maintaining relationships with industry partners and stakeholders. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the field of gastronomy.
