Responsibilities:

· Development and implementation of strategies for company sales and profitability growth;

· Supervision of key departments such as sales and auto service;

· Establishment of organizational objectives and monitoring of performance to ensure their achievement;

· Identification of business expansion opportunities and development of strategic partnerships;

· Efficient management of company resources and budget;

· Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and ethical industry standards.

Requirements:

· University studies in the field of road vehicles;

· Relevant previous experience in leadership positions in business or management for at least 5 years;

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills;

· Results-oriented and proven ability to achieve set objectives;

· Ability to work under pressure and manage complex situations;

· Minimum knowledge of English language.

· Driver's license cat. B
