The postholder ensures operational consistency, concept excellence, safe and efficient design of F&B spaces, and the curation and governance of high fit third-party operator partnerships. What will you do? Key Accountabilities: Regional Strategy & Brand Alignment Translate brand positioning into regional operating standards and concept playbooks for all Food & Beverage outlets. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction across the Luxury Hotels portfolio. Collaborate with the F&B teams to ensure alignment with Minor Hotels' global brand standards and local market trends. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Foster strong relationships with third-party operators to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business results. What are we looking for? Essential Requirements: Proven track record of success in a senior F&B leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of luxury hotel operations, including Food & Beverage concepts, menu engineering, and customer service standards.
