Telemarketing Director

We are looking for a Contact Center Director | Educational Sector!

Position Objective

To comprehensively lead the Contact Center operation, ensuring the achievement of objectives for service, prospecting, conversion, retention, and student experience, through strategic management of people, processes, technology, and indicators.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and execute the comprehensive strategy of the Contact Center.

• Lead high-volume and high-performance teams.

• Manage indicators of productivity, conversion, contactability, quality, and experience.

• Drive sales, follow-up, and recovery strategies for prospects/students.

• Optimize processes through automation, analytics, and technology.

• Implement quality and continuous improvement models.

• Generate strategies to increase conversion and reduce dropout.

• Coordinate with the Commercial, Admissions, Marketing, Experience, and Operations areas.

We are looking for:

✔️ Executive experience in Contact Center / Call Center.

✔️ Experience leading sales and service teams.

✔️ Proficiency in KPIs and data-driven management.

✔️ Experience in CRM, Contact Center platforms, and analytics tools.

Desirable: experience in the educational sector or in organizations with high-volume service and sales models.
