Job Objective:

• Lead the subscription and reinsurance strategy for the Life and Property/Casualty lines of business for corporate clients, SMEs, special businesses, and Government, ensuring adequate risk pricing, portfolio profitability, regulatory compliance, and strengthening strategic alliances with reinsurers to drive sustainable business growth.

Main Functions:

• Define and oversee subscription strategies for Life and Property/Casualty lines.

• Determine premiums and pricing models, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and adequate risk management.

• Negotiate, place, and administer reinsurance contracts with strategic allies and national and international reinsurers.

• Develop business opportunities in corporate, SME, special business, and Government segments.

• Evaluate and manage insurable risks to ensure correct portfolio profitability.

• Participate in the design, development, and launch of new products.

• Supervise the correct establishment of reserves and policy issuance processes.

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines established by the National Insurance and Surety Commission (CNSF).

• Coordinate the handling of internal and external audits and regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance companies or the reinsurance market.

• Proven experience leading Subscription and Reinsurance areas.

• Experience in Life and Property/Casualty lines.

• Experience in pricing, rating, and risk assessment.

• Knowledge of facultative reinsurance and reinsurance contracts.

• Experience developing corporate, SME, special business, and Government business.

• Knowledge of technical reserves, policy issuance, and portfolio profitability.

• Knowledge of regulations and rules issued by the National Insurance and Surety Commission (CNSF).

• Experience in internal and external audits and regulatory control.

Value Proposition:

· Salary: Initial Offer of $134,500 monthly + Annual bonus of 6 months' salary based on results, SGMM (Major Medical Expense Insurance), Executive Car, Gasoline Vouchers.
