General Commercial Director


Responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading the commercial strategy in advertising, branded content, marketing, and digital media solutions at a national level, for all business units.


Reporting directly to the CEO, this position will lead a team of commercial professionals focused on client acquisition, strategic alliances, and business growth in key accounts and industries.


Profile


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields
  • Work location: Mexico City
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at a Managerial and/or Director level
  • Advanced intermediate English
  • Salary plus commissions, and benefits superior to those of the law are offered
  • In-person employment
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at a Director or Senior Manager level in the advertising sector


Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute the commercial and corporate sales strategy in the advertising sector, which can be TV, Radio, Outdoor, Digital, or related

• Drive revenue growth from advertising and partnerships

• Establish relationships with key clients, agencies, and brands at the Director level

• Lead, guide, and develop a team of senior commercial professionals

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends

• Collaborate with content, marketing, and operations teams to develop integrated campaigns

• Negotiate commercial agreements and strategic alliances

• Monitor the sales funnel, forecasts, and overall commercial performance


Profile


• Extensive experience in digital media, 360 advertising sales, marketing, entertainment, retail commerce, or related industries

• Proven track record of leading high-performance commercial teams

• Strong network of contacts within brands, media agencies, or executive clients (director level)

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Results-oriented with a strong business vision

• Experience in marketing, commercial advertising, branded content, or 360 advertising (television, radio, digital, etc.) is valued
