As a Digital Existing Customer Manager (Outbound) (m/f/d), you will take on the following tasks:

• Existing Customer Contact: You will contact our existing customers by phone and invite them to a personal appointment.
• No Sales: Your focus is not on selling products, but on inviting customers to a personal consultation appointment. You create the opportunity for them to discuss their questions and wishes in a direct conversation with our insurance experts.
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: With your friendly and professional demeanor, you ensure that customers feel valued and leave the conversation with a positive impression.

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills, ideally first experiences in telephony
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (English skills an advantage)
• Completed training in the insurance sector an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working
• Reliability, flexibility, and teamwork skills
• Friendly and confident demeanor
