As a Senior Digital Marketing Consultant (m/w/x), you have a key position in analyzing, planning, and managing our projects and campaigns – quality, timing, and budget are always in your sights. Due to your organizational skills and communicative nature, it is easy for you to act between customers, external partners, and your own team, thus steering processes and projects goal-oriented. You have every detail in mind, think solution-oriented, and keep a cool head. Good presentation skills and an instinct for markets and trends round out your profile.

Aufgaben

• You plan, steer, and support digital marketing projects across all phases – from strategy to concept to implementation – and work operationally with, instead of just coordinating.
  (We are explicitly looking for no pure project manager role.)
• You actively support the implementation of campaigns – e.g., developing messages, briefings, performance metrics, reporting, and deriving optimizations.
• You analyze data, campaigns, and target groups, derive concrete recommendations, and bring these into customer projects.
• You gather requirements from different stakeholders and translate them into clear, actionable measures for creation, media, content, or web.
• You are the first point of contact for our customers in marketing and communication matters and build relationships and project success continuously.
• You follow current developments in digital marketing, particularly around content, performance, and AI – and can assess their significance for our customers and anticipate them.

Qualifikation

• 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing (agency, performance marketing, e-commerce, or similar environment).

• You advise customers strategically at eye level, guide them through complex questions, and ensure clear decisions, clean priorities, and excellent results.

• You have operative experience in implementing digital campaigns alone and as a team lead (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn), understand funnel logic, and know how good content and good setups work.

• You think strategically and hands-on: You can conceptualize, but also do it yourself.

• You work structured, analytically, and solution-oriented and communicate clearly – internally as well as externally.

• You have a high digital foundation, quickly get familiar with new platforms, and can categorize trends – including AI – and use them meaningfully for customers.

• A completed degree or comparable education in the field of marketing, communication, or digital media.

• Very good German and English skills.
