Job description
Job Description: Your mission as Customer Success Onboarding Specialist, will be to guide new clients through their first stages with Doctoralia, ensuring a successful implementation, effective adoption of the product and a positive experience that sets the foundation for a long-term relationship. Responsibilities: Contact new doctors via WhatsApp or call within the first 5 days. Conduct platform demonstrations via Zoom. Follow up on the client's progress and provide support as needed.
