Customer Success Executive (Spanish Speaker)

We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Executive (Spanish speaker) who will support customers through their journey in our service pipeline while also driving revenue through outbound sales engagement. This role focuses on customer follow-ups, retention, process guidance, and telesales conversions that contribute directly to the commercial team’s goals. What You’ll Be Doing: Outbound Telesales & Revenue Growth Make outbound calls to engage customers with suitable product/service offer, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide tailored solutions. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers. Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role.
