About The Role NOHRE is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to its two Co-Founders. This is a critical role that requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and contribute to the smooth operation of the executive office. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Responsibilities • Manage and maintain complex calendars for two Co-Founders, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel. • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. • Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings. • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the Co-Founders and internal/external stakeholders. • Plan and coordinate company events and offsites. • Manage and organize digital and physical files. • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed. • Proactively identify and address potential issues before they arise. • Contribute to a positive and efficient office environment. Qualifications • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • High level of discretion and confidentiality. • Proactive and resourceful with a strong problem-solving attitude. • A creative mindset and an interest in contributing to the company's culture. • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
