We deliver high‑impact staffing models including Contingent Workforce, RPO, SOW, Payroll, and Nearshore Services. As part of our LATAM growth initiative, we are expanding in Mexico and seeking a seasoned leader to drive business expansion and operational excellence. Role Overview The Country Manager – Mexico will be responsible for leading the country operations, developing strategic plans, building relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for Mexico, including revenue growth strategies, market analysis, and competitive positioning. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. • Lead the country operations team to achieve operational excellence, including process improvements, cost management, and quality control. • Collaborate with the LATAM leadership team to develop and implement regional strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and ethics in all business dealings. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 8 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in the staffing industry. • Proven track record of driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. • Strong understanding of the Mexican market, including cultural nuances, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
