Job Description The broker will be responsible for attending clients in person in Curitiba, PR. On a daily basis, they will conduct property visits, follow up on offers, negotiate prices and conditions with clients and owners, and record all interactions in internal systems. They will also follow up on purchase and sale processes. This is an on-site role requiring availability for flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate brokerage
• Skills in client prospecting
