Job description
Main Responsibilities:
Act in the service and management of multinational accounts in corporate benefits, with interface between local operation and global/regional stakeholders, supporting renewals, market studies, international governance, and strategic project coordination.
Participation in 3 main pillars:
Consulting and Management
- Development of executive presentations and consulting materials
- Project management, timelines, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders
- Scenario building and recommendations
- Prioritization and organization of simultaneous demands
National Dynamics
- Technical follow-up with clients regarding corporate benefits, including health, dental, life insurance, and market practices
- Reading and interpreting technical and financial indicators (claims, adjustments, medical trends, market benchmark, financial impacts)
- Client document management (Renewal Amendment, contracts, signature)
- Financial comparisons
- Campaigns
- Local client visits
Global / Regional Dynamics
- Exposure to multinational accounts
- Operation in a matrix environment involving local, regional, and global stakeholders
- Handling of international governance processes, global timelines, and cross-border alignments
- Leading renewals within environments with multiple decision-makers
- Consolidation of local information for regional/global reporting
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and international communication
Requirements:
- Graduation
- Experience with insurable benefits (health, dental, life), Global Benefits / International Desk
- Experience with multinational account negotiations at a global/regional level
- Knowledge of renewal processes, registration changes, implementation, and governance
- Experience with LATAM programs or regional governance
- Advanced English
It is desirable
- Knowledge of multinational pooling
- Knowledge of analytical tools and dashboard construction
- Spanish
- Exposure to BOR processes, multinational transitions, and implementations
- Experience with executive reporting and performance indicators
- Experience in quotation, negotiation, and interface processes with insurers and providers
- Familiarity with contractual documentation, commercial proposals, technical comparisons, and market studies
