Sales Consultant — Home Office / Remote | GATA MÂINE

We are looking for good communicators, ambitious and results-oriented individuals who want to develop lasting business relationships.

• You have a functional laptop or PC and a stable internet connection — mandatory conditions for Home Office / Remote activity.
• You have at least one year of professional experience. Experience in sales, prospecting, negotiation, or customer relations is an advantage.
• You communicate clearly in Romanian, listen to the interlocutor's needs, and can explain an offer in terms the client understands.
• You are persistent, organized, take initiative, and consistently follow up on initiated discussions.
• You easily use email, browser, and digital tools and are willing to learn to work in a CRM.
• You desire performance-related income and understand the specifics of a B2B collaboration remunerated by commission.

Programming knowledge is not required. We will present you with the services, the sales process, and how we identify the right solutions for each business.

Work from home. Earn up to 30% from websites and packages, plus 15% monthly from every recurring subscription you sell, as long as the client pays for it.

At GATA MÂINE, we are looking for 5 sales consultants who want to transform communication, ambition, and perseverance into results. You will receive presentation materials, training, and team support throughout the sales process.

• Commissions up to 30% for one-time payment websites and packages, according to the scale communicated before the collaboration begins.
• 15% monthly commission for each recurring package you sell, as long as the client pays for that subscription.
• No commission cap: income depends on sales made, the value of services, and amounts collected. We do not promise a minimum income or guaranteed earnings.
• Commissions paid weekly, based on eligible amounts collected, according to contractual conditions.

Commissions are calculated on the eligible amount actually collected, after applicable discounts, excluding VAT and external costs such as advertising budgets or licenses. The commission scale, sales attribution rules, and payment conditions will be established in writing before the activity begins.

Strictly illustrative example: a subscription with a commissionable base of 1,000 lei generates a monthly commission of 150 lei. Ten such paid subscriptions generate 1,500 lei monthly, separate from commissions for new projects. This calculation does not represent an income promise.

• Home Office / Remote: activity carried out from home, with no commute.
• Pitches and presentation materials: discussion structure, sales arguments, and objection handling, which you will adapt to each client.
• Concrete sales assistance: we will support you in identifying needs, choosing the offer, preparing the proposal, negotiating, and closing the sale.
• Support throughout the process: after the sale, we remain involved in communication and project coordination, and the technical team manages the execution.
• Training on services, workflow, portfolio, packages, and CRM access.
• A diverse offer of digital services, with accessible packages and launch offers, adapted to businesses from numerous sectors.

• Identify and contact potential clients and understand their business objectives.
• Present GATA MÂINE services and approved offers clearly and in line with the client's needs.
• Collect the necessary information for briefing and quoting, together with our team.
• Follow up on discussions, get back to clients, and contribute to closing sales.
• Update activity in CRM and maintain the link between the client and the team throughout the project.
