Concierge Agent

Job Description The position is responsible to act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information. The Concierge Agent understands guests’ needs and requests and provides them with personalised solutions for hotel offerings and Singapore-specific activities and attractions. Primary Responsibilities Executes Concierge Core Tasks Accommodates all guest needs and requests with focus on guest service, anticipating guest needs, and creating memorable experiences through personal interactions and effective communication. Provides accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Maintains a high level of knowledge about the hotel’s amenities, services, and surrounding area. Develops and maintains relationships with guests to ensure their stay is enjoyable and memorable. Identifies and resolves any guest complaints or issues in a prompt and professional manner. Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Stays up-to-date with new developments and trends in the hospitality industry. Maintains confidentiality of all guest information and adheres to hotel policies and procedures. Key Performance Indicators Guest satisfaction ratings, resolution rate for guest requests and complaints, and overall performance evaluation.
