With you, we take the next step and strengthen TriNext's market positioning as a relevant community player in the banking sector. To do this, we're looking for you as a Community Manager who builds strategic networks, establishes relationships with multipliers, and positions TriNext as an impulse giver in the target market.

As Community Manager, you strengthen TriNext's market positioning in the banking sector through active network building and strategic dialogue leadership. You develop communities into sustainable trust and lead sources and create proximity to decision-makers and multipliers. Through structured market feedback, you contribute to the further development of product and sales. Thus, you serve as a connecting element between market, brand, and growth.

Deine Aufgaben

• You build strategically relevant industry communities and multiplier networks in the banking sector and develop them sustainably further.
• You represent and present TriNext at events, conferences, and industry gatherings and lead active dialogue online (e.g., LinkedIn, specialist forums) as well as offline.
• You position TriNext in the target market as a relevant impulse giver and strengthen our brand and thought leadership awareness.
• You identify market needs and trends and translate qualified insights into impulses for sales and product.
• You develop community contacts to stable relationships and qualified leads.
• You take on further community- and network-related tasks according to your qualifications and actively contribute to the further development of our market presence.

Qualifikation

• You have experience in building and maintaining B2B communities and networks – ideally in the financial or banking sector.
• You have experience in dialogue-oriented roles (e.g., network management, event management, coordination work, industry initiatives, or strategic partnerships).
• You possess a secure, charismatic presence and move confidently on digital platforms like LinkedIn as well as 'live' at moderations and presentations.
