The resort's culinary team is looking for a Commis de Cuisine Patisserie 100% to join our team of talented pastry chefs. As a Commis de Cuisine Patisserie 100%, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats in our patisserie. Your tasks will include: • Preparing and presenting pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats according to the resort's high standards; • Assisting the pastry chef with menu planning, ordering ingredients, and managing inventory; • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace; • Collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious desserts. We are looking for someone who is passionate about baking and has experience in a similar role. You should have: • A degree or equivalent qualification in pastry arts or a related field; • At least 2 years of experience as a commis de cuisine patissier or in a similar role; • Excellent knowledge of French patisserie techniques and ingredients; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong communication skills.
