Job Description

You are the telephone point of contact for customers regarding ongoing files and planning
You are responsible for the correct and timely administrative processing of orders
You monitor the progress of files and ensure accurate follow-up
You support commercial planning with a strong focus on efficiency and structure
You identify bottlenecks in processes and actively contribute to improvements

You maintain an overview, even when multiple files are running simultaneously
You are stress-resistant and can prioritize well
You communicate professionally and clearly, both by phone and in writing
You think solution-oriented and proactively
You have at least first work experience in an inside sales position
A bachelor's degree is a plus, but not a requirement
You have a good knowledge of Dutch and the MS Office package
OfferGross salary depending on experience

20 vacation days + 12 ADV days + 4 sector days to be taken freely
Working 39 hours per week
