Independent Field Sales Representative at SumUp!

Join SumUp as an independent field sales representative and support local small businesses with simple, innovative, and recognized payment solutions.
What you can earn
The more you prospect, the more you earn, without a ceiling, without limits. For an active merchant generating approximately €15,000 in monthly payment volume, you can earn over €1,000 per sale, through a combination of immediate commissions and recurring revenue.
- 50% immediate commission on each sale of hardware, software, and payments generated by the merchant in the first month
- 20% guaranteed recurring revenue on all activity of each merchant you sign up, paid monthly for a period of 2 years
- No commission cap
Your missions
1. Meet and advise
Identify local merchants (cafes, hair salons, shops, restaurants, etc.), understand their needs, and propose the most suitable solution.
2. Demonstrate and convince
Concretely present the benefits of our tools and support merchants until the solution is implemented.
3. Develop your business autonomously
Organize your schedule, follow up with your clients, and grow your portfolio. Each relationship created can generate recurring revenue.
Your profile
- Comfortable in the field, with previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or freelance
- Solid experience in cold calling or cold prospecting
- Persistent, reliable, and results-oriented
- Autonomous, capable of managing your business independently
- At least one year of field sales experience in the last six years
- Valid SIRET (freelance or micro-entrepreneur status)
