The Role
This role sits between a junior lawyer managing smaller commercial matters and a director managing large-scale transactions. The majority of your work will be M&A, and you'll be responsible for running your own files with transactional values typically between $2 million and $5 million.
Key areas of work include:

• Business sale and purchase agreements
• Shareholder agreements and company structuring
• Joint ventures and commercial negotiations
• General commercial contracts and advisory
• Building trusted relationships with clients across a range of sectors

There is flexibility to consider someone working four days per week.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience in commercial law
• Experience managing transactional work from end to end
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• A pragmatic, client-focused approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset
