RESOURCES:

• An EXCLUSIVE contractual geographical territory with thousands of Unaferm customers since 1969: three generations of satisfied customers.

SALARY EVOLUTION:

• €3,320: the first 3 months = €2,160 base salary + €1,100 commissions earned = a gross salary of €2,160 + full commission rate on deals sold. (Average €3,320 in 2025 for entry-level sales staff).

• €4,100: from the 4th month = €4,100 commissions earned, including €2,800 guaranteed; from the fourth month, the minimum guaranteed salary is €2,800 + monthly bonuses based on objectives. (Average salary of €4,100 in 2025 from the 4th month onwards).

• €4,650: 1st year = the average total monthly salary for the first year in 2025 is €4,650 per m €55,800 per year).

• €6,600: subsequent years = this is the average monthly salary earned in 2025 by Unaferm expert sales representatives. (€79,800 annual)

BECOME AN EXPERT:

• Learn a method, acquire a mindset, a sales technique of infinite power.

MISSIONS:

• Visit clients' homes to help them realize their projects for shutters, windows, doors, gates, and more.

• Bring your expertise to quote, negotiate, and close custom renovation projects.

• Be the primary contact for your clients and ensure project follow-up: from order to installation.

• Participate in commercial events (fairs, exhibitions, markets, shopping malls)

HOW is this sales philosophy transmitted?

• Your adventure begins with a week of intensive training in Aspach.
  Then, in your territory, you will be coached by an on-site expert, trained like you and already successful.

• In turn, if you wish, you can become an Expert salesperson with a role of trainer and mentor to support a junior colleague; and even later, move towards the mission of sales manager.
