Do you want to boost your professional career with us? We are looking for a Business Developer – National or International Market - based in the Canary Islands. What will you be responsible for? * Designing and implementing commercial prospecting strategies to identify and acquire independent hotels that can benefit from Keytel's value proposition. * Actively and continuously searching for new potential clients, generating business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and market development actions. * Contacting, presenting, and promoting Keytel's solutions and services to hotel management and decision-making teams, adapting the proposal to the specific needs of each establishment. * Planning and conducting in-person commercial visits to hotels to present the project, identify collaboration opportunities, and build long-term commercial relationships. * Comprehensively managing the commercial cycle: prospecting, qualification, opportunity tracking, negotiation, and deal closing. * Proactively monitoring the portfolio of opportunities, ensuring compliance with established acquisition and growth objectives. What are we looking for? * Education in Tourism, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or similar. Higher Vocational Training related to the tourism sector will also be valued. * Commercial, proactive, and results-oriented profile, with the ability to generate and develop new business opportunities. * Communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. * Very high level of English and Spanish. Other languages will be valued. * Availability to travel and conduct commercial visits regularly. * Organizational and commercial opportunity tracking skills. * Previous experience in hotels, travel agencies, or in business acquisition and development positions will be valued.
