Aufgaben

Your tasks are:

• Overall responsibility for the operational performance of the organization in close cooperation with the Federal Executive Director and the Chief Coordination Officer.
• Ensuring the internal organizational capacity of projects, programs, and cross-sectional tasks.
• Bonding to the honorary Federal Executive Directorship with responsibility for operational steering and implementation.
• Projecting, structuring, and implementing business cases within the Federal Consumer Association.
• Building, steering, and developing a commercial business operation under consideration of non-profit purposes.
• Maintaining, expanding, and steering strategic partnerships with external actors.
• Identifying, initiating, and actively implementing improvement measures in processes, workflows, and structures.
• Tight coordination with the Presidium, department heads, and staff departments to ensure efficient operational workflows.

Qualifikation

You bring:

• A completed degree in business administration, economics, law or a comparable field.
• Multiple years of experience in operative management, organizational development or building business models.
• A deep understanding of project management, process control and economic relationships.
• Experience in building and steering cooperations and partnerships.
• A high degree of self-initiative, implementation strength and pragmatic hands-on mentality.
• Strategic thinking with simultaneous operational depth.
• Readiness to work remotely and flexibly on an honorary basis.
