Chief of Staff / Future Founder (m/f/d)

WTE Group builds and scales companies to counter the shortage of skilled workers. With WTE Charkos, we bring nursing professionals from India to Germany, with B2 German before the first interview and our own training center in Mysore. Charkos is growing against market trends. With WTE Companion, we are developing the app that takes care of international skilled workers and students arriving in Germany, from housing to bank accounts. And with our own software and AI team, we are currently building a venture studio that develops new AI products for the industries we know from daily operations.

For this, we are looking for the right hand of the two founders. Initially, this means: You work directly with us, take over tasks that lie between strategy and daily business, and ensure that decisions are made and implemented. Those who do this at a top level for two to three years will have learned everything to lead their own venture of the group afterwards.

What you will do with us

• Right hand of the founders: You will prepare decisions, keep the threads together between Hamburg, Mysore, and our partners, and ensure that nothing that the management has initiated falls by the wayside.

• Special projects: Financing, partner negotiations with banks and insurers, tenders, building new teams and locations. You will take on whatever is most important at the moment and bring it to completion.

• Operational excellence: You will translate strategy into routines, figures, and processes so that the group becomes more stable with each new venture, rather than more chaotic.

• Business Development: You will identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive deals independently to signature.

• Venture Building: You will accompany new products and ventures from the studio from the initial business plan to market readiness, whether it's AI software or a service.

• Sparring partner: You will challenge the founders, provide concise decision-making basis, and filter what truly belongs on the management's table.

What you bring

• Excellent education: University degree with outstanding results, preferably from a leading university.

• Proven top performance: You have already proven that you are among the best. This does not have to be in a business background: top sports, music, your own founding, or another field with the highest demands for performance count just as much.

• Intelligence and hunger: Brilliant comprehension, entrepreneurial thinking, and the firm intention to found your own venture in the future.

• Doer mentality: You want to make things happen and dive deep into operational implementation without fear, from drafting contracts to Excel spreadsheets.

• Tech affinity: You don't have to program, but you understand what AI can do today and naturally work with it.

• Communication: Top-level German and English, both written and spoken. Our teams are located in Hamburg and India.
