Job Description

As Head Chef, you are responsible for the daily management of the kitchen, the quality of the dishes, and the organization of the entire kitchen team. You combine culinary expertise with strong organizational skills and ensure that guests can enjoy an excellent gastronomic experience time and time again.


Your tasks
Lead, coach, and motivate the kitchen team
Organize and coordinate daily kitchen operations
Prepare and finish high-quality dishes within the French-Belgian cuisine
Ensure the presentation, taste, and quality of all preparations
Create and optimize menus and specials Manage orders, stock, and food cost
Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and hygiene regulations
Be responsible for efficient planning and collaboration within the team


ProfileYou have several years of experience as Head Chef or Sous-Chef
You have excellent knowledge of French-Belgian cuisine
You are a natural leader who can inspire and guide a team
You work in an organized, quality-oriented manner with an eye for detail
You remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly
You have a strong sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality
Knowledge of HACCP guidelines is a must
