Rotating Chef (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a Rotating Chef (100%) starting November 1st or by arrangement:

• Flexible deployment in various kitchen stations as well as independent assumption and leadership of the respective stations

• Representation and support of the Chef de Partie during absences or personnel shortages

• Preparation and ensuring the operational readiness of the assigned stations

• Professional preparation and appealing presentation of dishes

• Organization and coordination of workflows at the respective stations

• Ensuring and adhering to our quality and hygiene standards

• Support with goods receiving, storage, and inventory management

• Sustainable and economical use of food and resources

• Support with the onboarding and supervision of employees and trainees
