Head Waiter m/f/d

from December 2026

- Independently manage a service station in the half-board-

and A la Carte restaurant

- Breakfast and half-board service, banquet service, A la Carte service

- Prepare daily mise en place for the entire restaurant

- Receive and process service payments

- Independently and reliably provide upscale wine and food service

- Guest service from reception to departure

- Cleaning duties
