As a Chef de Partie at Turm Restaurant, you will be an active part of our kitchen team from day one. You will assist in the preparation and serving of high-quality dishes, contribute your own ideas, and take responsibility for your station.

• Active participation in the à la carte kitchen from the start
• Preparation for lunch and dinner service together with the team
• Creative involvement in dish development in collaboration with the Head Chef
• Responsibility for your own station, with the opportunity to also learn other areas
• Shared responsibility for careful goods and quality control
• Adherence to legal and internal regulations, especially HACCP

For this position, we are looking for a motivated kitchen personality with a passion for Austrian cuisine, a strong sense of quality, and reliable team spirit.

• Completed chef training
• Initial work experience in a kitchen, ideally in an à la carte setting
• Enthusiasm for Austrian cuisine
• Pronounced quality awareness
• Team spirit and reliability
• Calm and focused working style, even during busy periods
• Good German language skills for smooth communication within the team

Salary and Working Hours

This is a full-time position at Turm Restaurant. The starting salary for this position is € 3,414.40 gross per month based on 45 working hours per week. Depending on experience and qualifications, overpayment is of course possible and will be discussed personally.
