Job description
As a Chef de Partie, you are a pillar of the kitchen brigade. Under the responsibility of the Sous-Chef and the Chef Exécutif, you will be responsible for preparing, setting up, and sending out dishes in your section (hot, cold, pastry or other), ensuring constant quality of the meals served.
