About the Role You’ll be conducting outbound phone surveys for two important national projects: From the 13 April – 8 May & 27 April – 22 May Your job is to speak with members of the public, guide them through the survey questions, and enter responses accurately into the system. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has a friendly and professional phone manner Communicates clearly and confidently Can work calmly under pressure and meet daily targets Accuracy when entering data Can commit to the full period required for this role.
