Tasks

Your Tasks

• Active telephone approach to existing customers (Outbound)
• Counseling and sales of telecom products (Mobile, DSL, Tariffs)
• Demand determination and targeted Up- & Cross-Selling
• Documentation of conversations in the system
• Closing-oriented conversation guidance

Qualification

Your Profile

• You have a desire to talk and convince people
• Communicative, self-assured, and goal-oriented
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Basic PC knowledge
