Business Manager (m/w/d)

Job Description What you'll do: This position is part of our growth strategy. Reporting to the Director of Everience Benelux, you will hold the position of Business Manager at Everience Netherlands will focus on two major areas: - Business Development/Prospecting (90%): - You will identify and ensure the acquisition of new customers and new projects, and support sales prospecting using our management tool (CRM); - You detect and define new levers to ensure the growth of your perimeter. - You create a comprehensive plan for the development of your business area, including budget planning and resource allocation. - You are responsible for the financial performance of your business area, including revenue and cost control. - You will also be responsible for the management of your team, including coaching, mentoring and talent development. - You will work closely with our sales teams to ensure alignment and support their efforts. - You will identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. - You will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution. - You will also be responsible for the management of your business area's budget, including forecasting and financial planning. - You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting. - You will identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth and development within your business area. - You will maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with customers, colleagues and stakeholders. - You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - You will also be responsible for the management of your business area's operations, including supply chain management and logistics. - You will work closely with our procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. - You will identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth and development within your business area. - You will maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with customers, colleagues and stakeholders. - You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - You will also be responsible for the management of your business area's operations, including supply chain management and logistics. - You will work closely with our procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
