Business Manager

ALTEN México is a subsidiary of the ALTEN Group, a global leader in engineering and technology consulting with over 30 years of experience. Operating in 30 countries, ALTEN employs over 54,000 engineers and offers a complete development cycle, covering concept design to product development, production systems, and implementation.

We are currently looking for a Business Manager to join our team.

A strong commercial orientation is required for prospecting new clients, as well as negotiation skills to ensure new projects and strategic and operational management of a work team, ensuring their hiring, development, and performance within the organization.

The role also includes financial project management, including profitability control, with the goal of optimizing economic results in the area. As well as working with different areas such as recruitment, Organizational Development, and Technical Direction.

Activities:

• Ensure the opening of new accounts.
• Generate a pipeline of potential client prospecting.
• Present and sell the company's services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and candidates.
• Responsible for leading projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for providing necessary resources for projects.
• Generate a plan of action to achieve objectives.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Formal education in Engineering (automotive, mechanical, industrial or related).

• Minimum one year experience in sales area (prospecting, following up with clients) is a Plus if you have specific experience in selling engineering services.

• Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and results-focused skills
• Capacity to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Inglés conversational.

• Experience in business development, selection & management, benefit center management
• Motivated by challenges and result-oriented
• Interested in client relationships and team management
• Plus: Previous experience in Project Management
