Business Development Specialist (ReX.hr) @ Antal

We are looking for someone who: has a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales of recruitment services (white collar) or HR / outsourcing, or in sales of employee leasing / outsourcing solutions, or in sales of HR Tech / ATS / Recruitech solutions, can independently manage sales processes and effectively close transactions, has experience working with prospecting tools (we work on apollo.io ) and CRM (Salesforce), knows the realities of the recruitment market / staffing industry, has a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales of recruitment services (white collar) or HR / outsourcing, or in sales of employee leasing / outsourcing solutions, or in sales of HR Tech / ATS / Recruitech solutions, can independently manage sales processes and effectively close transactions, has experience working with prospecting tools (we work on apollo.io ) and CRM (Salesforce), knows the realities of the recruitment market / staffing industry, is able to build strong relationships with clients, has a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities, is fluent in English, has a university degree or equivalent, has a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales of recruitment services (white collar) or HR / outsourcing, or in sales of employee leasing / outsourcing solutions, or in sales of HR Tech / ATS / Recruitech solutions, can independently manage sales processes and effectively close transactions, has experience working with prospecting tools (we work on apollo.io ) and CRM (Salesforce), knows the realities of the recruitment market / staffing industry, is able to build strong relationships with clients, has a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities, is fluent in English, has a university degree or equivalent,
