Business Development Manager – Grid-Scale Battery Storage (Belgium & Europe)

Job Description HybriX Energy is a local and independent developer of grid-scale battery energy storage (BESS) projects, which provides a broad range of services during the development, construction and operations of battery storage projects. We are committed to driving the transition to a sustainable energy future by providing innovative and reliable battery storage solutions. To continue its ambitious expansion, HybriX Energy is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager – Grid-Scale Battery Storage (Belgium & Europe) who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and industry partners. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the energy storage market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy for HybriX Energy in Belgium and Europe; • Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key stakeholders; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners; • Collaborating with the project development team to ensure successful project execution; • Providing market intelligence and insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing within the energy sector. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French being an asset.
