Business Development Manager - EMEA

Position Summary Ergon is seeking a Senior Technical Expert and Business Development Manager (T-BDM) to support the growth of our insulating fluids business by driving technical engagement and identifying business development opportunities across global markets. This dual-role position bridges technical expertise and commercial strategy, supporting our mission to deliver innovative, reliable, and sustainable solutions for transformer OEMs, utilities, and immersion cooling applications. The idea is to leverage the technical expertise of the T-BDM to identify and develop new business opportunities, while also leveraging the commercial acumen to drive the growth of our insulating fluids business.
