As a key member of the CARMA sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with CARMA’s overall goals and objectives; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts; • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop targeted sales strategies and tactics; • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development initiatives; • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions, leads, and sales activities.
