Everyone talks about "mental health". But most people feel quite lost when they're looking for help for psychological issues. Even for healthcare professionals, it's not easy to keep track of all the referral points and refer clients to suitable offers.

mimaps has set itself the goal of bundling and networking qualified referral points for mental health across Germany on a user-friendly platform.

We're looking for a new team member for financial planning, controlling, and building strategic partnerships.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Develop financial models: scalability scenarios, break-even analyses, reporting
• Needs analysis and user testing
• Support the nationwide expansion of the platform
• Hold cooperation talks with institutions, companies, and possibly health insurance companies
• Represent mimaps at networking events, such as congresses or trade fairs

Qualifikation

What you bring

• Studies in business administration, economics, health economics, business psychology, or a related field
• Experience in financial planning, controlling, ideally also experience with grant applications or project budgets
• Very good German language skills
• Pleasure in conversations, e.g., with clients, professionals, and cooperation partners
• Willingness to get involved in the UX of the platform and collect user feedback
• Structured, reliable, and self-reliant working style
• Interest in the German healthcare system (especially mental health) or serious willingness to get involved

Benefits

Stipendium & Framework

• Duration: 12 months from summer 2026, with the possibility of a follow-up contract
• Monthly allowance:
• University graduates: €2,500
• Ph.D. holders: €3,000
• Child allowance: €150 per child
• Note: The stipend is taxable and not an employment contract. During the funding period, you must take out your own health, pension, and unemployment insurance.
• Hybrid: 2 to 5 days per week on-site in the Startup Villa Berlin-Dahlem, home office possible

Requirements

• University degree not more than 5 years ago or imminent
• No active employment contract or parallel stipend
• No more than 20 hours of remunerative side work per month
• No previous EXIST founding stipend
