Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure. You'll open doors at the financial institutions TRM most needs in its network across APAC. This is a business development role that requires you to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with key decision-makers, build relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to expand TRM's presence in the financial institutions sector across APAC. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at target financial institutions, including CEOs, CFOs, and other senior executives. • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with TRM's goals and objectives. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions for financial institutions. • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction among clients. • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform business development strategies. • Maintaining accurate records of interactions, meetings, and communications with key stakeholders. You'll be a strong fit for this role if you have: • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. • Proven track record of success in building relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. • Strong understanding of the financial institutions sector across APAC, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and key players. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in one or more Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) is an asset.
