Your Responsibilities

As a Business Advisor Enterprise, you will be responsible for the strategic support of the digital transformation of medium-sized companies and corporations in the DACH region. You will work entrepreneurially – from the initial analysis to the final closing – and build long-term partnerships. 🤝

This is a role that requires a lot of consulting and strategy alongside the responsibility of the entire end-to-end sales cycle – and all without tedious cold calling.

Specifically, this means:

• You analyze the project requirements and strategic challenges of potential customers in qualification interviews and build a well-founded understanding of their business.

• You penetrate business processes and workflows in all relevant departments by using RFIs/RFQs, use cases, and comprehensive meetings as your tools.

• You develop customized solution strategies and demonstrate in convincing live demos how our software fits the needs of our potential customers and optimizes their IT landscape.

• You act as a sparring partner for C-level decision-makers and support them in their digital transformation.

• You work closely with our Business Analysts – both in pre-sales, to develop specific solutions, and during the implementation phase in steering committees.

• You conduct contract negotiations and clarify legal aspects.

• You contribute your experience and ideas to the further development and optimization of the Mid-Market & Corporate division.

• Exciting perspective: After 6 months, you will have the opportunity to transfer to our newly opened office in Munich.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or sales / in the software or IT sector

• Very good communication skills in German and English (C1/C2 level)

• Analytical mindset – you have a talent for delving into complex processes and solving problems creatively

• Hands-on mentality – you take responsibility and get things done without a fixed structure instead of waiting around for a long time

• Build trust and enthusiasm – you infect others with your passion for our software
