Your Responsibilities

• Work on servicing the company's existing clients.
• Work within the company's IT systems supporting client service processes.
• Analyze subcontractor policies at the company's clients.
• Prepare analyses and statistics in MS Excel.
• Prepare Client Needs Analysis.
• Manage the full brokerage process.
• Ongoing cooperation with insurance companies and maintaining good business relationships.
• Substantive client service.
• Active cooperation with the broker team.
