In our office at the university, you will work with a team that is eager for growth, openly shares knowledge, and involves you from day one.

Your tasks

• You talk to founders and decision-makers of e-commerce brands and find out where their growth is currently stuck

• You understand their business, uncover potentials, and show them how we can take them to the next level

• You manage your deals from the first call to the signature and hand over new clients in such a way that they are enthusiastic from day one

Your profile

• 2 years of experience in B2B sales

• Enjoyment of conversations and ambition to constantly increase your sales

• Very good German in spoken and written form

• Residence in Munich or willingness to relocate

What we offer

• Fixed salary plus unlimited bonus per closing, up to €90,000 OTE upon target achievement
